You can book your shipment easily online using any web enabled device including your tablet or smartphone. We have done our best to simplify the process as much as possible but there are some key details we will need you to provide. To obtain a quick price, we just need to know origin country, destination country and the type of luggage you wish to send. For a complete booking we will need full collection and delivery address details and your payment information.
Again, this is designed to be nice and easy and in most cases you can pack and ship your cases in exactly the same way you would normally. Standard suitcases are completely fine. You will of course need to make sure they are sturdy and secure. For specialist equipment (sporting, medical etc) there will of course need to be adequate packing and internal padding to make sure they are protected for the journey ahead. We do offer packing services so if you are unsure then please get in touch.
Upon receipt of your booking, our team will check over the information to ensure everything is ok. (Please note our hours of operation are 0900 - 1730 Monday - Friday, with additional online chat support until 21:00 Monday - Friday & from 10:00 - 16:00 on Saturdays & Sundays) You will receive your labels on email (Posting can be arranged if required) for fixing with strong packing tape to your luggage along with any other information relevant to your order. Certain collection/delivery areas attract and extended area surcharge, we will advise if this is the case upon receipt of of your booking (Please note we do take any payment up to this point) Some countries and products require additional paperwork to be completed, this information will be sent to you at the time and of course we are always on hand to answer any questions and make the process as simple as possible. Based on your arrival date, our online booking engine will calculate the day we need to collect your shipment. The good part is that you don’t need to stay at home or book the day off awaiting our driver as we can collect from your workplace and pretty much anywhere to make it as easy as possible for you. Our standard collections operate from 0900 – 1700 Monday – Friday. If you need a collection organising outside of these times, get in touch, we will do our best to accommodate this.
Our team track and trace every single consignment so you can relax, safe in the knowledge that we are monitoring the shipment from start to finish. We will keep you informed of progress throughout. We understand that you may like to monitor your shipment from time to time yourself so please feel free to contact Bagsy and the team, quoting your booking reference so we can provide you with the current status of your items.
We can deliver your shipment to virtually any residence, hotel, golf course, cruise ship and pretty much anywhere you can think of. Upon delivery of your shipment, our team will send you the
POD (Proof of Delivery) information so you can retrieve your shipment upon arrival. Please note that standard deliveries are Monday - Friday (or equivalent country working week). For weekend requirements please contact the team in advance of making your booking.
